WTG required a relocation of 30 staff including all desktop IT equipment and personal items. Pre move meeting requirement to run through the operation and provide desktop labels for personal effects and desktop PC’s/setup. IT equipment to be packed and sealed in their own anti-static bubble bag within computer boxes with a label on the outside and a label on the inside.
Evolve maintained high levels of contact with the client to ensure the exact specifications of the move were adhered to whilst assuring peace of mind through a pre planning meeting to detail the project outline. Building and equipment protection was laid and used where necessary to guarantee the integrity of equipment being moved and the building which was being vacated.
