Project Requirements

IVECO were to relocate 120 staff to a new site in Basildon from Watford in 2015.
The project required a dedicated Project Manager, multiple site supervisors and a full team of Fitters, IT Engineers and Porters along with building protection to safe guard the current premises integrity.
Environmental Reporting was also to be provided post move to detail Removal and Clearance C02 savings; 0% of cleared items went to landfill.
Evolve were to also help IVECO staff members champion the move which to aid in the efficiency and reduced business down time.

Project Outcome

Evolve mapped a complete multi move timetable from high level plans to departmental timescales which included sequential file packing / unpacking, file audits / file mapping, server relocation, IT decommissioning / re-commissioning and the packing and moving of employees personal effects.
Evolve carried out the entire project management from start to finish providing a wide service portfolio comprehensively supporting the client’s relocation and achieving a ‘zero downtime’ solution.
Office furniture was also sourced and provided by Evolve which completed the full relocation package. The project was delivered on time and on budget, with some challenges along the way, Evolve went above and beyond the client’s expectations.
